This workshop is designed for 4 to 8 athletes who want to focus on their individual progress within a supportive group environment. I facilitate the session by guiding short rounds where each participant receives dedicated coaching attention on their specific training challenges.
The structure ensures that every athlete gains clarity on their current workout performance. We apply a data-driven approach to identify where adjustments are needed in your movement or routine.
