This policy explains how I collect and use personal information when someone visits this site, contacts me, books a session, joins an event, subscribes to updates, or works with me as a client.

I may collect name, email address, phone number, booking details, messages, goals, coaching notes, attendance records, payment records, and any information a client chooses to share. If health information is relevant to coaching, I treat it as sensitive and only use it for the agreed coaching purpose.

How I use data

I use personal data to reply to enquiries, manage bookings, deliver coaching, keep useful coaching notes, send agreed updates, process payments, maintain records, improve the service, and meet legal or tax obligations.

Payments

Payments may be handled by a payment provider such as Stripe. Card details are processed by the provider and are not stored by me.

Tools and providers

I may use trusted tools for email, booking, video calls, documents, payments, forms, analytics, and coaching delivery. These providers only receive the information needed to provide their service. I do not sell personal data.

Health and sensitive information

Clients should only share health or sensitive information that is relevant to the coaching relationship. I use it to adapt coaching safely and do not share it unless required by law, needed to protect someone's safety, or agreed with the client.

Reviews and public content

Reviews, testimonials, photos, or client stories are only published with permission. Clients can ask me to remove or anonymise a published testimonial unless another written agreement says otherwise.

Retention

I keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Coaching notes are kept while we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards in case the client returns. Payment and tax records may be kept for the period required by law in Brussels, Belgium.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to use of your personal data. You can also unsubscribe from marketing updates at any time.

Security

I take reasonable steps to protect personal data, including trusted providers, password protection, and limiting access. No system is perfectly secure, but I will act promptly if something goes wrong.

Children

My services are intended for adults unless a parent or guardian agrees the arrangement in writing. I do not knowingly collect data from children without appropriate permission.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use essential cookies and lightweight analytics to understand visits and keep the site working. I do not use personal data to build advertising profiles.
